Ryan Kinsella

Ryan Kinsella is an Account Director at Deloitte Tax Services with over 10 years of experience in international tax law. They have advised on inbound and outbound tax structuring and financing for M&A transactions, as well as general international tax matters, including tax treaties and profit repatriation strategies. During their tenure at the Australian Taxation Office from 2016 to 2022, Ryan focused on implementing OECD BEPS Action 2 recommendations and contributing to OECD Pillar 2 policy development. They hold a Master of Law in Taxation from the University of Melbourne and dual bachelor's degrees in Commerce (Economics) and Laws (Honours) from Monash University.
