Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore is the Advisory Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, specializing in cyber risk management. They have extensive experience in cybersecurity, having served in leadership roles within the United States Air Force, including Chief of the Cyber Aggressor Team and Chief of Wing Cyber Ops. Ryan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. They have also contributed to strategic studies and development of warfighting concepts as an Associate Fellow for the Chief of Naval Operations.
