Ryan Ridu

Ryan Ridu is a strategy, innovation, and policy advisor with over 14 years of experience assisting governments and businesses in addressing complex challenges. They have worked with diverse regions, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Australia–New Zealand, providing support to high-level officials and CEOs on economic planning, policy design, and corporate restructuring. Ryan has led national transformation programs and focused on creating actionable plans that foster collaboration and deliver tangible results. Currently, they are a Director at Deloitte, where they advise clients on economic strategy and public policy. Ryan holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of East Anglia.
