Saar Amran possesses extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and corporate finance. At the Israeli Ministry of Defense from January 2021 to December 2023, Saar managed the Navy's budget and oversaw projects funded by US aid, conducting data analysis and participating in negotiations.
