Sam Losow

Sam Losow is a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where responsibilities include serving as Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID Power Tunisia Program. Since October 2017, Sam has provided technical and management advisory services in Southeast Asia focused on renewable energy integration and grid stability. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant in West Africa, facilitating infrastructure transactions for energy programs, and serving as a Portfolio Risk Management Fellow at the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Sam's career also includes analytical roles with the Department of Defense, staff assistance in the United States Senate, and experience in campaign finance. Sam holds a Master’s Degree in Global Risk, International Economics, and Finance from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Global Studies from the University of Delaware.
