Sam Richter

Sam Richter is a Principal at Deloitte, where they focus on designing innovative operating models for C-suite clients within the central Operate practice. Their extensive experience spans across strategy, design, transformation, and implementation, having led significant programs for major companies in Australia, China, Japan, South Korea, and India. Prior to this role, Sam held various positions at Accenture Australia, advancing from Analyst to Manager and then Director, and also worked as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs JBWere and a Senior Analyst at JBWere. Sam completed their degree at Monash University between 2007 and 2009.
