Sameer Jooma is a Chief Digital & Innovation Officer with over 15 years of experience in driving digital transformation and strategic growth across FinTech, FMCG, and financial services in emerging markets. Currently serving as General Manager for RedCloud in South Africa and Acting Chief Executive Officer for Keystone, Sameer’s expertise lies in building innovative digital ecosystems and leveraging data to create value. Previously, Sameer held pivotal roles at Standard Bank and Anheuser-Busch InBev, where they led significant initiatives to enhance analytics and innovation capabilities. Sameer also contributes to the academic field as a part-time faculty member at GIBS Business School and serves on various boards and advisory forums focused on fostering inclusive growth and supporting emerging leaders.
