Samil Sofat has extensive experience in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Starting at Accenture as a Global Process Owner and Ops Manager from April 2003 to November 2009, Samil then served as Assistant Vice President at GENPACT LLC until January 2011. From January 2011 to December 2016, Samil held the position of Account Lead at Hewlett-Packard. Following this, a transition to IBM Consulting occurred, where Samil worked as Transformation & Global Delivery Exec until May 2025. Currently, Samil serves as Director of OperateNext at Deloitte. Samil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University and furthered professional qualifications at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
