Sandy Shurin

Sandy Shurin is a Principal at Deloitte, where they focus on global design, compliance, and operational issues impacting compensation and benefits programs for employers. With specialized expertise in long and short-term incentive plans and employee recognition programs, Sandy assists companies in navigating global compensation complexities. They have contributed to the industry as a past Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation Subcommittee on Executive Compensation and are an active speaker at various industry events. Sandy is also a Board Member for the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center and the Certified Equity Professional Institute. Sandy holds a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
