Sarah Chan

Sarah Chan is a Tax Partner at Deloitte China with over 25 years of tax and business advisory experience. Based in Hong Kong, Sarah leads the Tax Operate business and serves as the Lead Partner for Business Process Solution in the Southern China Region. With a background working in both China and the USA, Sarah specializes in advising multinational corporations on transaction structuring, business reorganization, and cross-border financing, among other areas. As a qualified accountant and fellow member of ACCA and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, Sarah actively contributes to the profession as the Deputy Chair of the Taxation Faculty Executive Committee of the HKICPA. In their leisure time, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, reading, and cooking.
