Sarah Watts is a partner at Deloitte in the Tax Management Consulting group, where they have worked for nearly 20 years since joining the firm in its corporate tax International division. Based in London, Sarah specializes in tax transformation, outsourcing, and process implementation, focusing on tax compliance and reporting process improvement. They possess a deep understanding of successful tax operations, having led the management and governance of multinational compliance and reporting engagements, including the UK firm’s largest outsourcing project. Sarah also brings international experience from a three-year stint in Hong Kong, where they helped develop the Asia Pacific TMC practice. Prior to Deloitte, Sarah worked as an Assistant Manager at Arthur Andersen from 1998 to 2002.
