With over 20 years of M&A experience, Scott specializes in merger, acquisition, and restructuring services for a prominent global private equity firm, focusing on technical accounting and risk management. Previously, Scott served as a manager in the National Office Accounting Research at Deloitte, providing expertise on accounting issues for high technology companies. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Arizona, where they graduated in 1993.
