Sean Ford

Sean Ford is currently a Program Manager in Subcontractor Management at Deloitte Canada, where they oversee the Independent Contractor and Subcontractor function across the enterprise, focusing on contract agreement management, vendor management, and contractor sourcing. Previously, they held positions at CIBC as a Senior Manager and Senior Resourcing Consultant, managing contract hiring and vendor management. Sean began their career as a Recruiter at Ward Associates, later serving as an Account Executive at Computer Horizons and Planet4IT, where they managed client accounts in the technology recruitment space. Sean holds a BBA in Business, Finance, and Government Policy from York University and the Schulich School of Business.
