Shabai Chen has built a robust career in financial services and data governance, beginning as an Analyst Assistant at Sinolink Securities. They further honed their skills during internships and roles at the Bank of China in both Hong Kong and New York, focusing on corporate banking and data governance. Following their experiences at Agricultural Bank of China and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Shabai is currently a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in Risk & Financial Advisory. Shabai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Mathematics and Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering from Cornell University.
