Shane Flemming

Shane Flemming is a Human Capital Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where they lead teams in designing and developing training materials for technology projects. Previously, Shane served as a Learning Consultant at WellPoint from 2007 to 2013, offering project management and performance consulting for training initiatives. Prior to that, Shane worked as a Manager of Corporate Training at National Government Services from 1999 to 2007, where they oversaw the development and delivery of training programs and conducted needs assessments. Shane holds a BS in Secondary Education from Slippery Rock University and a Graduate Certificate in Training & Development from Penn State University, along with a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
