Sharon Napper is an experienced professional in the actuarial and systems architecture fields, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sharon held various positions at Legal & General, including Head of Systems Architecture and Actuarial Analyst in Systems and Development from January 2016 to November 2023, and previously, Capital Modelling Actuary and Actuarial Technical Lead from July 2014 to January 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as a Reporting Analyst at Liberty Life from 2005 to 2008. Sharon completed the FFA qualification at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries from 2001 to 2004 and earned a BSc Honours in Actuarial Science & Mathematical Statistics from the University of the Witwatersrand during the same period. Sharon's foundational education was completed at Boksburg High School from 1996 to 2000.
