Shashank Dhamaniya

Shashank Dhamaniya is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit and assurance, having worked at Deloitte across various roles from Audit Senior Assistant to Audit Senior Manager. They directed finance operations and scaled Deloitte’s North South Europe audit office, growing the team from 25 to over 250 professionals while fostering a high-performing culture. Shashank also founded Deloitte’s Japanese Services Group, enhancing global delivery through cultural fluency. Currently, they are pursuing CFA Level 1 while leveraging their leadership skills and operational expertise in audit strategy and impact.
