Shaun Appleton

Shaun Appleton is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland since October 2023. Shaun works at Deloitte UK as a Tax Manager in the Global Tax Accounting Group, focusing primarily on private equity backed businesses and tax accounting matters. Previously, Shaun held roles at EY as an Assistant Tax Advisor and has contributed significantly to the YMCA Northumberland as the treasurer and chair of the Finance Committee, ensuring financial sustainability for the organization. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First Class Honours from Coventry University, completed in 2019.
