Shawn Fields

Shawn Fields is a Senior Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as a Functional Consultant at Accenture Federal Services and gained management experience as a Program Manager and Operations Supervisor in the US Navy from 2019 to 2021. Shawn completed a competitive internship as a Student Fellow at the United States Naval Academy and interned with NOAA in 2021. Currently, Shawn is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Management of IT at the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration at Saint Leo University, alongside a Bachelor of Science from Worcester State University.
