Shawn Genoway is a senior service delivery, customer care, and operations executive with extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and global teams of over 100 professionals. From 1999 to 2019, Shawn directed global IT operations at Citrix, overseeing service delivery and M&A integration efforts for more than 4,000 employees. Prior to that, Shawn managed IT vendor operations at Bell Canada from 1996 to 1999. Most recently, Shawn serves as Chief of Staff and Consulting Manager at Deloitte, leading operations within the Government and Public Services Operate Practice since 2021. Shawn is currently pursuing education at Penn State University.
