Sheldon Nailer is currently the Security Specialist Lead at Deloitte Latvia, bringing over 13 years of experience in Cybersecurity project planning, delivery, and execution. They have expertise in areas such as Critical Infrastructure Security, Vulnerability Assessments, and Penetration Testing, serving a diverse range of industries including Oil and Gas, Healthcare, and Manufacturing. Sheldon previously held positions at Accenture Baltics as a Cyber Security Project Manager and at EY as a Senior Consultant. They earned a PGDM in Systems from Mumbai Educational Trust and a BMS in Marketing from St Andrews College of Arts Science & Commerce. Sheldon holds numerous certifications, including CISSP and CISA.
