Shen Jiang

Shen Jiang is currently an Assistant Director at Deloitte, specializing in M&A technology and IT due diligence, post-merger integration, and IPO readiness. Previously, Shen served as a Manager at KPMG UK, overseeing numerous technology due diligence and separation/integration projects, including significant transactions involving Bohemia Interactive and WorldFirst. Shen's experience also includes roles at EY, where they advanced blockchain practices and conducted data analytics projects, and a voluntary directorship at EasternBlossoms, a prominent Chinese professional network in the UK. Shen holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications from University College London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
