Sherilyn Deva possesses a diverse legal background with experience across various roles and organizations. Starting as a Student Lawyer at Northumbria University, Sherilyn worked on Family Law cases and supported unrepresented individuals in Newcastle Court. Following this, a role as a Litigation Paralegal at Messrs Shanti Jeyapalan, Zeti Zulfah & Partners involved handling bankruptcy, probate, and corporate research. Subsequently, a position as a Legal Officer at Public Bank and a Secondee role at FGV Holdings Berhad focused on tax compliance advisory. Additional experience includes time as a pupil in chambers and a long tenure at Deloitte, where multiple positions were held, culminating as a Senior Consultant. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Northumbria University and a Certificate of Legal Practice obtained through the Legal Professional Qualifying Board.
