Shirley Yang is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of international experience in merger and acquisition advisory and accounting. Currently a Partner at Deloitte China, they lead the Merger & Acquisition Transaction Service, focusing on financial due diligence and advising private equity clients. Previously, Shirley served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche USA, where they oversaw M&A projects and managed various financial analyses. Shirley began their career as a Senior Auditor at EY and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Shanghai International Studies University.
