Shiva Kumar

Shiva Kumar is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management, boasting over a decade of experience in recruitment across various sectors. Starting at Avance Services in 2011, Shiva was responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle and client requirement analysis. Following this, a role as a Senior Recruiter at Pyramid Consulting allowed for specialized recruitment in IT, Telecoms, and BFSI industries. From 2013 to 2019, Shiva served as a Team Lead and Assistant Manager at Sopra Steria Recruitment Ltd, overseeing a recruitment team and ensuring client SLA compliance. Currently, since July 2019, Shiva has been working at Deloitte India as a Senior Talent Manager. Educationally, Shiva holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from Swami Vivekananda Institute of Technology and completed intermediate and SSC degrees at Ratna Junior College and Keshav Memorial High School, respectively.
