Shruti Manocha

Shruti Manocha is a Bachelor of Arts student in Economics at Shri Ram College of Commerce, with a diverse portfolio of experiences across various roles. As President of DELTA- The Policy Conclave, and in her capacity as Junior Executive, Manocha has demonstrated leadership skills. Previous roles include Graphic Designer at Utkrishta Foundation, where expertise in digital content creation focused on mental health and body positivity was showcased. As a Delegate for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations and an Associate Analyst in Macroeconomic Research at Deloitte, collaborative and analytical capabilities were further developed. Manocha's internships at ContextQA and NITI Aayog involved research and partnership initiatives, highlighting a strong foundation in economic analysis, while also holding executive roles at St. Teresa School and The Dramatics Society, contributing to effective communication and event management skills.
