Shuo Yan

Shuo Yan, CPA, is currently a Manager at Deloitte, where they have previously held roles as an International Tax Manager and International Tax Senior. Before joining Deloitte, Shuo gained experience as an M&A International Tax Senior at PwC and as a tax intern at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP and 21st Century Fox. Shuo holds a Master's degree in Accountancy in Financial Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rutgers Business School.
