Silvana Perfetti is an accomplished leader with over twenty years of experience in Human Capital services and Corporate Governance. They joined Deloitte in 2015 to enhance the Human Capital area, and by June 2023, they became the Consulting People & Purpose Leader for Deloitte Central Mediterranean (DCM). In June 2024, they were appointed DCM Chair and have served as a North & South Europe Board member since 2022. Currently, they focus on developing Human Capital and Workforce Planning Strategies while being responsible for various projects in the Financial Services Industry and Public Administration.
