Silvio Ritz

Silvio Ritz is currently a Director of M&A Transactions at Deloitte, specializing in financial due diligence and transaction advice for both acquirers and vendors within the commerce and consumer products sectors. Previously, Silvio served as a Senior Manager and Manager in Corporate Finance at Deloitte Deutschland from 2012 to 2016, and held roles at PwC Deutschland and GEA Group. Silvio’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in International Management, a Professional Examination from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and studies in Entrepreneurship at The University of Queensland. With extensive experience in corporate transactions, Silvio has advised strategic investors and private capital firms on M&A activities.
