Simon Büttner

Simon Büttner is the Head of People Analytics at Deloitte, where they focus on People Analytics and Employee Listening. Previously, Simon worked as a Research and Development Consultant at HR Diagnostics, developing psychometric assessment instruments and utilizing advanced data analysis techniques. They gained experience as a Placement Specialist at von Rundstedt and held internships at MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA and two student assistant positions at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen. Simon holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, where they also completed their Bachelor of Science.
