Simon Rogers is an experienced operating model and process improvement consultant currently serving as a Manager at Deloitte, focusing on Security & Justice clients in the Public Sector Operations Consulting team since 2020. Prior to this, Simon worked as a Senior Associate at PwC from 2015 to 2020, where they specialized in operations consulting within the Government & Health Industries, and spent time in the Strategy & Economics department advising various clients.
