Simon Willen

Simon Willen is an experienced People Change Lead at Deloitte, where they manage change projects and lead a team of HR advisors. From 2011 to 2021, Simon served in various roles at Atos, including Head of HR Transformation & Analytics and HR Strategy Expert. Simon began their career at Siemens as a Corporate Student & Apprenticeship in Industrial Business Management and has been a freelance lecturer in business psychology at Hochschule Fresenius since 2019. They hold a Master of Arts and a Master of Science in European Studies and Social Sciences from Europa-Universität Flensburg, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Ingolstadt.
