Sinem Özbay graduated from Ankara University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Finance in 2016. They began their career as an intern at the Central Bank of Turkey in 2015 before joining Deloitte Turkey's Audit department in October 2017, where they have progressed through various roles, ultimately becoming a Senior Manager in 2024. Sinem has also participated in the Erasmus program at Università degli Studi di Siena and pursued additional studies in Foreign Trade at Anadolu University. As a CPA intern since September 2017, they have developed a strong foundation in auditing and finance.
