Sissel Austad

Sissel Austad is the Head of Learning & Development at Deloitte, where they lead a dynamic team focused on maximizing learning potential through innovative methods and technology. With extensive experience in Knowledge Management since 2007, Sissel has championed the evolution of knowledge sharing cultures within organizations. Their career includes roles at Arthur Andersen & Co, Microsoft, and Deloitte, where they have developed excellent change management skills. Sissel holds degrees in Economics and Finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and training in IT and math from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
