Sofie Lenseclaes is currently the Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner in People & Purpose at Deloitte, where they leverage their 9 years of experience in HR and communications to drive successful execution of the FY27 strategy. Previously, Sofie held roles including Talent Development Officer and various recruitment consultant positions at Hays, as well as serving as a trainer and trajectory guide at Obelisk nv. Sofie also holds a Master’s degree in Multilingual Communication from HUB-EHSAL and has studied Communication and Journalism at Mid Sweden University. Passionate about impactful communication, they play a vital role in enhancing leadership governance and facilitating collaboration across Europe within Deloitte.
