Srinath Kumar

Srinath Kumar has over a decade of experience in tax advisory and compliance, with a strong focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, both domestically and internationally. Srinath began a career at Deloitte India in September 2012 as a Senior Associate, assisting with tax-related projects and the preparation of income tax returns, eventually advancing to roles including Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and currently, Associate Director. Throughout this progression, Srinath has provided tax advisory services to multinational corporations, conducted tax due diligence, and represented clients in tax assessments and appeals. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing, an LLB from K. C. Law College, and Chartered Accountant qualification obtained on the first attempt across all levels.
