Stacey Steele is a Principal Consultant at The Agency Works, leveraging over eight years of experience to assist agencies in navigating financial and operational challenges. Previously, they served as Head of Operations and Scheduling Manager at Connect and were a Senior Consultant before advancing to their current role. Passionate about fostering client relationships and delivering tailored solutions, Stacey has worked closely with over 160 agencies to enhance their performance. Currently, they are pursuing a Chartered Institute of Management Accounts Qualification (CIMA) and training for the London Marathon 2023.
