Stanislava Borizanova

Stanislava Borizanova is currently the Director of M&A Integrations and Separations at Deloitte UK, where they have progressed from Associate Director in 2018. They have held previous positions at Deloitte as Manager for Deal Value Maximisation and at Grant Thornton UK LLP as Assistant Manager in Operational Deal Services. Prior to their experience at Deloitte, Stanislava worked as an Analyst in Restructuring, Reorganisation, and Transaction Support at Athens, and as a Junior Analyst at Keima Communications. They hold a BBA (Hons) in European Management from Lancaster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Management from Reims Management School.
