Stefanie Gerken

Stefanie Gerken is a Lead Lab Designer and Deputy Head at the Deloitte Greenhouse Berlin, specializing in creating customized workshops for C-Level executives across various industries. With over 13 years of user-centered design experience, Stefanie has facilitated over 250 workshops and trained more than 2,500 participants. They previously worked as Program Design Lead and Lecturer at the Hasso Plattner Institute, where they successfully transitioned Design Thinking courses to a virtual format during the pandemic. Stefanie is also the first author of a comprehensive study on Design Thinking implementation practices published in 2022.
