Steph Bradley is currently the Director at Deloitte, leading the enablement team for the digital twin and simulation product, Optimal Reality (OR). They oversee the technical delivery of OR projects, develop product strategy, and foster team leadership within a growing team of 80+ members. Previously, they served as Project Director at Squiz, where they led the global rollout of ecommerce websites, and as Integrated Campaign Manager at George Patterson Y&R, where they managed digital campaigns for a key defense client. Steph holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management from Monash University.
