Steph Sisson is a commercialisation scientist and R&D incentives leader currently overseeing the divestment of Callaghan Innovation's pharmaceutical business. They specialize in translating complex R&D into actionable commercial strategies, fostering alignment between scientific potential and market-based realities. Prior to this, Steph founded FoodDNA, providing strategic advisory services in regulated industries, and served in various roles including Innovation Manager at Cookie Time Group and R&D Tax Incentive Consultant at Inland Revenue NZ. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Science from Leeds Metropolitan University and a deferred Master’s degree in Microbiology from Lincoln University.
