Stephen Kwak, MBA, is currently a Contracting & Risk Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where they provide support for contracting and risk management related to internal acquisitions and partnerships. Previously, they served as the Chief, Services 1 Team at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, led contract management at DISH Network, and held a role as Contract Management Lead at Accenture. Stephen's career began in the United States Air Force as a Contracting Officer, where they managed various contracts and procurement activities.
