Stephen Locke is a Partner in Deloitte’s Tax Technology Consulting practice, specializing in Tax ERP. With 15 years of experience, Stephen has focused on assisting clients with tax-related implementations and finance transformation projects. Prior to becoming a Partner in 2025, Stephen served as a Director in Deloitte’s Tax Technology Consulting, where they provided support for existing ERP implementations and built new systems from the ground up. Stephen earned a degree from The University of Manchester in 2008.
