Sumit Mishra

Sumit Mishra is an experienced executive in the consulting field, currently serving as Executive Director and former Director in Deloitte Consulting’s Public Sector practice in India since June 2017. Mishra provides advisory services in infrastructure sectors, focusing on Electric Mobility, Roads, Transport, and Urban Transport. Prior to Deloitte, Mishra held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP and worked as a Manager at PwC Consulting, contributing to the GRID practice and supporting state and central government initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Analyst at the Centre For Monitoring Indian Economy, where economic and industry analysis was conducted to assist various ministries, and as a Financial Analyst at Vedic Infosys, focusing on US and Canadian mutual funds. Sumit Mishra holds a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a CFA from ICFAI, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Calcutta University, along with a master's degree from the CFA Institute.
