Susan Converse

Susan Converse is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. They served as a Communications Consultant at Blackbaud from 2000 to 2003 and held several positions at Deloitte from 2011 to 2013, including Special Projects Senior Manager and Senior Communications Manager. Prior to these roles, they were an Associate Consultant at Willis Towers Watson between 1998 and 2000, and most recently, they worked as a Senior Manager in Corporate Communications at Cognizant for a brief period in 2021. Currently, Susan is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University, alongside two master's degrees in Special Education and Teaching from the College of Charleston, and Communications Management from the University of Southern California.
