Susan Erdfarb

Susan Erdfarb is a retired IT professional with a robust background in product management and technology consulting. From 1979 to 1983, they served as a Systems Analyst at AT&T, followed by roles as Project Leader at Merrill Lynch and Technology Consultant at Howard Systems International. They spent over two decades at Crawford & Company as the Director of Product Development & QA before becoming VP of Product Management at Deloitte & Touche in 2010. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager Quality Control at Alter Domus, while also pursuing a BA at Queens College, building on their MS from Columbia University.
