Susan Klink

Susan Klink is currently the Managing Partner for Client Excellence and Markets and Chief People Officer at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where they collaborate across businesses to enhance the firm's multi-disciplinary model for clients. With 30 years in the profession, Susan has held various leadership roles, including Lead Client Service Partner and Financial Services Industry leader. Prior to Deloitte, Susan was a Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. and served as a Manager at Deloitte between 2002 and 2008. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
