Susannah Hill

Susannah Hill is the Associate Director in the Financial Services Reward team at Deloitte UK, where they advise financial firms on reward and remuneration governance. They began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Baker & McKenzie LLP and progressed to the role of Associate before becoming a Senior Associate. After a stint as a Lawyer with the Treasury Solicitor's Department, Susannah joined Deloitte in 2015. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree with First Class Honours in History from the University of Cambridge, as well as legal qualifications from BPP Law School.
