Tanja Tani is currently the CFO and COO at Deloitte Finland, bringing strong expertise in business development, finance, and controlling in international service environments. With a hands-on approach to operational efficiency and performance, Tanja has played a pivotal role in expanding business operations across multiple countries and leading high-stakes M&A projects. Tanja's previous roles include Finance Director at Lassila & Tikanoja and Manager in Transaction Services at PwC, showcasing a diverse track record in financial leadership. Tanja earned a Master’s degree from Lappeenranta University of Technology and participated in an exchange year at Technische Universität Darmstadt, along with completing the Management Acceleration Program at INSEAD.
