Tara Macpherson

Tara Macpherson is a Partner at Deloitte Canada, leading the National Security and Justice practice within Government and Public Sector Solutions. With over 15 years of experience supporting the public sector in Canada and the UK, Tara has focused on justice and public safety, advocating for equitable practices that prioritize citizen and employee needs. Tara holds a Master's with Distinction in Criminology from King’s College London and a degree in Politics and History from the University of Edinburgh. In addition to current responsibilities, Tara has served as a Board Member and Chair of the Housing Development and Proposals Committee at HOTT in Toronto and is a Director-at-Large for the John Howard Society of Ontario.
